JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. - The Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services is getting millions of dollars to combat COVID-19.
The DHSS will be receiving $19.1 million from FEMA's Public Assistance Grant Program. The money will help reimburse the costs of providing PPE's, like masks, gloves, goggles and gowns for essential workers.
The DHSS could receive additional FEMA funding under the COVID-19 disaster declaration.
